FAQs

Does Daily Cycle supply all these products?

No. Not all. Some of the products we hold stock for but the majority of it comes direct from the supplier themselves. We have no warehouse or stock facility so we leave that job to the big boys. Our job is to bring it altogether in one location. You can read more about how it works here.

Does it cost more to buy through Daily Cycle?

No, absolutely not. We have no say in the price you pay. It is set on the RRP that is determined by the supplier. We may from time to time be able to offer discounts on selected items but we can never make an item more expensive.

Why should I buy through Daily Cycle?

Well, you are more than welcome to buy your cycling products from wherever you choose. Our aim is to bring you trustworthy brands from both established and new to market companies. We have good working relationships with every single brand that we offer through the store so we can guarantee their reliability. You will get all the customer care that they offer you plus additional customer care from us. If they are for some reason unresponsive to your emails then just get in touch with us and we will help you resolve your issue.

What's in it for Daily Cycle?

We make a small commission on your orders, but it has no impact to the price you pay whatsoever. The commission goes towards helping the Daily Cycle brand grow which will only be a good thing for you - more writers, articles, products, competitions and more :-)
