How the shop works

As a customer the shop works like any other online store. Simply browse our catalogue and add any items you like to the cart. Then checkout and pay with your preferred payment method.

The order will be delivered and handled personally by the relative brand, This means they can package your item the way they prefer and send it to you as soon as possible, This allows them to ensure that they have full control over your customer satisfaction when ordering their products.

They will also handle the customer care: e.g. returns etc. Again, this allows them to maintain the customer trust that they have already built up over time. If you do have a problem with your order, you can contact us and we will ensure you are dealt with by the right company.

Ordering from multiple brands

If your order contains multiple goods from a number of different brands then you will receive your items in separate packages from the separate brands. This means you receive things as soon as they are available - i.e. availability on one item won't hold up the whole order.
